超微粉碎机

●  超微粉碎机由主机、辅机、电控箱三个部分组成；

●  物料进入机体后迅速被打散撒向粉碎腔四周，随后进入由回转体转子和衬板组成的粉碎区。转子高速旋转产生大量空气涡流，物料在空气涡流和离心力的双重作用下既发生碰撞又在转子和定子间发生剪切，研磨，实现超细粉碎；

●  粉碎后的物料在主气流的带动下进入分级区，合格细粉随气流通过分级转子排出机外，由收集装置捕集；不合格粗粉在离心力作用下被转子叶片打回到筒壁，并返回到粉碎区再继续粉碎。

●  After the material enters the machine body, it is quickly dispersed and scattered around the crushing cavity, and then enters the crushing area composed of the rotating body rotor and the liner. The high-speed rotation of the rotor produces a large amount of air vortex. Under the dual action of air vortex and centrifugal force, the material not only collides, but also shears and grinds between the rotor and the stator to achieve ultra-fine cru-shing.

●  The pulverized material enters the classification zone driven by the main airflow, and the qualified fine pow-der is discharged out of the machine along with the grading rotor along with the airflow, and is collected by the collecting device; the unqualified coarse powder is driven back to the barrel wall by the rotor blade under the centrifugal force and smashed again.
