离心喷雾干燥机

●  能够将溶液、乳浊液、悬浮液、熔融液或膏糊状物经喷雾干燥在几秒钟内蒸发水份，生产出符合要求的粉状、颗粒状、空心球或圆粒状产品；

●  将空气通过加热器转化为热空气进入装置在干燥室顶部的热风分配器然后均匀地进入干燥室内，同时将料液送至装置在干燥室顶部的离心雾化器，将料液喷成极小的雾状液滴，使料液和热空气并流接触，水份迅速蒸发，在极短的时间内干燥为成品；

●  成品可连续地由干燥塔底部和旋风分离器中输出，废气由风机排出。

●  The solution, emulsion, suspension, molten liquid, or paste can be spray-dried to evaporate water in a few seconds to produce powder, granular, hollow ball, or round granular products that meet the requirements.

●  The hot air enters the chamber evenly through the hot air distributor on the top of the drying chamber, and the material liquid passes through the centrifugal atomizer at the top and becomes very small mist droplets.

●  The material liquid and hot air are brought into concurrent contact, the water evaporates quickly, and it can be dried into a finished product in a very short time.

●  The finished product can be continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone sep-arator, and the waste is discharged by the draught fan.
