沸腾干燥床

●  沸腾干燥床由散热器、高压风机、风管、沸腾床主机、布袋除尘、上料机、在位清洗系统等组成；

●  利用热交换器对流换热使洁净空气温度上升至设定值后进入沸腾干燥器，同时湿物料从上料机进入工作室内，热空气与物料进行充分接触，增强了传热传质过程，在较短的时间内促使物料中的水份蒸发分离；

●  适用于颗粒剂、冲散剂的大规模生产；

●  可在线清洗、自动进出料；

●  环保节能、降低生产成本。
