胶塞烘箱

●  胶塞灭菌烘箱用于胶塞灭菌和干燥，是胶塞漂洗机的配套产品，也可作免洗胶塞烘干灭菌之用；

●  加热元件采用不锈钢 304管状加热器，分布在箱体内侧，在内循环风机作用下，促使热空气对流，使箱内各点温度均匀；

●  采用水平层流风即侧送侧回，在风机作用下，将顶部的热空气从一侧经高温过滤器送入箱内。在过滤出口处配有调风板，使箱内各点气流均匀；

●  顶部设有进气和出气口，且进气口装有冷却风机，在风机的强压下，将万级空气经过滤器送入箱内，使物品达到快速强制冷却，出气口装有过滤器及风门，排风阀排湿时可手动或PLC程控仪自动控制。

●  不锈钢自动搅拌转筒 , 将洗净物料置于其中 , 启动传动机构 ,物料在其中自然翻转烘干；

●  采用互锁装置，当一侧门打开时，另一侧门不能被打开，并有指示灯显示开门状况。

●  It is used for the sterilization and drying of rubber plugs. It is a complementary product of the rubber plug rinsing machine, and can also be used as a non-washing rubber plug for drying and sterilizing.

●  The heating element adopts 304 stainless steel tubular heaters, which are distributed inside the cha-mber, and then the air convection is generated by the internal circulation fan to make the temperature of each point in the oven uniform.
